Adapting Training Loads for Pain and Injury Management

A practical workshop outlining evidence-based principles for adapting your daily, weekly and monthly training/activity levels to reduce your risk of injury and manage pain. Includes the opportunity to reflect and plan adaptations to your training volumes/physical activity levels that can be implemented immediately after the workshop. This will be a useful workshop for anyone with persistent pain or injury issues, but especially those with a niggling tendinopathy.
