“I cannot recommend Fiona enough, when I first saw Fiona I was taking some seriously strong prescription painkillers and was having to take days off work due to severe lower back pain. After the first session and treatment I was instantly relieved and was able to go back to work the next day with only having to take a few ibuprofen in the morning. Now after around half a dozen sessions my back is the strongest it has been for years and I can now play golf again with no problems with my back. I am no longer reliant on any pain medication. I cannot thank Fiona enough for what she has done for me with the treatments and the exercise program that she has put together.”

I fully recommend Fiona’s 30-minute ‘Gentle Movement Wake-Up Session’ on Mondays. I’m not exactly a morning person & so I was a bit hesitant before my first class, but it is a genuinely lovely way to wake up & start the week with some gentle movement & breathing exercises. The range of movements are suitable for everyone, & no experience or gym equipment is needed – just some floor space & the occasional household prop (e.g., a pillow). You can also choose to have your own video camera on/off. Sessions are varied, nicely paced, & Fiona delivers a professional but super chilled class that boosts my energy & mood. Due to current restrictions i’m self-isolating at home & find this a nice way to remotely connect with other humans in a relaxing & friendly group session – thanks Fiona.
