Fiona’s classes and treatments worked out very well for me – they strike the perfect balance between healing and maintaining strength and function. I can’t recommend her more.
I fully recommend Fiona’s 30-minute ‘Gentle Movement Wake-Up Session’ on Mondays. I’m not exactly a morning person & so I was a bit hesitant before my first class, but it is a genuinely lovely way to wake up & start the week with some gentle movement & breathing exercises. The range of movements are suitable for everyone, & no experience or gym equipment is needed – just some floor space & the occasional household prop (e.g., a pillow). You can also choose to have your own video camera on/off. Sessions are varied, nicely paced, & Fiona delivers a professional but super chilled class that boosts my energy & mood. Due to current restrictions i’m self-isolating at home & find this a nice way to remotely connect with other humans in a relaxing & friendly group session – thanks Fiona.
Before I started working with Fiona I was suffering from a rotator cuff issue in my right shoulder. I didn’t have any concerns about working with Fiona really as I met her on a couple of occasions before asking for advice in the gym where I do personal training, this made my mind up that I needed her expertise to help with my pain issue. Fiona is easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about the human body. I like I’m sure many others with serious pain issues was expecting a “quick fix” but of course there is no such thing we just need to be patient with our bodies and listen to professional advice, most importantly take action or risk being in pain for years with the same issue. I’m so glad I made to choice to go and get help. After months of exercise therapy I’m back to full fitness, no more shoulder pain! I really can say how relieved I am to be able to train in the gym to my full potential again and start progressing in callisthenics, which was always my end goal. Very happy with the service. Really enjoyed Fiona’s workshop, I found it informative and it was delivered in a friendly, professional manner! It was presented in away that is accessible to people of different backgrounds… useful for anyone either as a therapist or sports person!
Before we started to work together I had tightness across my shoulders. I had no reservations about working with Fiona. The process of working with her has been excellent, with great communication of what she is doing.
I mainly suffered from lower back pains and shoulder stiffness. Fiona was professional, approachable and made me feel very comfortable in an unfamiliar setting as it was my first time getting a massage. She was very friendly and easy to talk to and no awkward silences throughout. The massage its self was amazingly relaxing, muscles felt very stress free and less tense by the end! Would highly recommend anyone to go and see Fiona for any niggles, pains or even just for a nice relaxing massage.

“I cannot recommend Fiona enough, when I first saw Fiona I was taking some seriously strong prescription painkillers and was having to take days off work due to severe lower back pain. After the first session and treatment I was instantly relieved and was able to go back to work the next day with only having to take a few ibuprofen in the morning. Now after around half a dozen sessions my back is the strongest it has been for years and I can now play golf again with no problems with my back. I am no longer reliant on any pain medication.
