Although it’s not the most thrilling read, I have some important news to share – Move Well Clinic has a new set of Terms and Conditions that will apply to any bookings make on or after Sunday 1st April.
- Any bookings made on or after Sunday 1st April (including online bookings) will only be valid once a deposit of £10 has been made (refundable, but only if more than 24 hours cancellation notice is given)
- The only exception is for those clients who make block bookings, which are non-refundable.
- However, ALL appointments can be rescheduled up to 2 times as long as they take place within 2 weeks of the original appointment.
… this will improve availability of appointments at the clinic…
The purpose of this change is to reduce the number of forgotten appointments and ‘no shows’. It is much harder to forget a booking that you had to pay for in advance – even if it is just the memory created through those extra couple of minutes spent making the booking. Also, I hope that by requiring an investment in the booking stage, this will put of those who are either non-committal or have no intention of attending in the first place. It sounds odd – but this does happen!
I am very grateful of the support and understanding shown by those clients who are already informed of the impending change.
As a client (or potential client!) I’m sure you can appreciate how this will improve availability of appointments at the clinic.
REMEMBER: The new Terms and Conditions are fully in effect for any appointment made on or after Sunday 1st April 2018.
